MRE need to contact customers for various reasons, so it is important that we have your correct telephone details and email addresses. You are required to include at least one current telephone number when you register with MRE, and you can add additional numbers if required.

You must be able to receive emails from MRE, especially if you have placed an Advance Order. Our buying system will automatically send you an email including a link to your order when items arrive in stock and your order is available. This link expires after 14 days, during which time you can complete your order online before it is cancelled. You will also receive emails with confirmation of orders and payment. Please note that available orders automatically cancel after 14 days if not completed, please contact us if you wish to complete orders outside this period (for example during holidays) as we can make a temporary hold on orders for 14 days.

We send Newsletters to all customers unless you have opted not to receive them. The MRE newsletters often contain Special Offers, Competitions, and exclusive information from manufacturers and events. The Newsletters contain pictures and hyperlinks and are sent in HTML format.

Please make sure your emails from us can receive plain text, HTML code, hyperlinks, and graphic .jpg files. MRE are not responsible for non-receipt of emails or order advice information.
